Roy F. Williams, MD, FACS, attended SUNY Downstate College of Medicine in New York, and received his medical degree in 1988. Furthermore, he conducted his general surgery residency at State University of New York/Kings County Hospital, where he also completed his cardiothoracic surgery fellowship. In addition, Dr. Williams received board certification in cardiothoracic surgery from the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. Moreover, he attained fellowship of the American College of Surgeons having met the standards and guidelines required of the nation’s leading surgeons. Dr. Williams is licensed to practice in Florida and New York.
